Still working out...

and working hard!
I haven't seen as much of a change as I would have liked...I'm guessing that's my own fault! This body shaping thing being 95% of what you eat just kind of does me in! So once again I find myself analyzing my food intake and TRYING to make better choices. I am actually taking a multivitamin every morning (1st Step for Energy liquid vitamin....can we say 'yum' sarcastically?!) and drinking one or two protein shakes per day. Now I need to curb my white carb intake...which is so much easier said than done!

We did measurements on Tuesday...
I didn't bring them home with me because I was aggravated :).
My waist is the same as before and I think my hip measurement was too...
On a more positive note, my thigh measurement went down to 19.5 from 22!
ANYWAY...I'm not giving up on my quest and here is my newest inspiration picture!
